Great process, effective communications, and nice people. After 2 rounds of technical interviews, there was a set of (virtual) on-site, one with team lead, one with counterparts, and one for company culture fit.

(Apart from the knowledge of my field) the team asked the level of knowledge on the team I need to closely collaborate with. For mechanical engineers, the understanding of electrical engineering in data center was required.
