I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at X (San Francisco, CA) in May 2013
Interview
Phone interview, followed by a full day of interviews with 4 people, then another followup in person with 2 people. You're greeted by the recruiter who checks in throughout the day to make sure you're comfortable.
It's pretty non-stop, and it's interview after interview. There might be lunch involved if you're there for the full day.

Online excel test. Recruiter was not the nicest. I liked the idea of Twitter but I didn’t want to commute all the way to SF. Thankfully I got another offer w another organization in the South Bay.
The interview process was lengthy with many rounds of behavioral interviews and a technical skill test. There was good communication with hiring manager and clear next steps of recruitment process.

Easy and seamless, really enjoyed everyone I met throughout the entire process. Felt like I got to know the team and organization really well! There were a few rounds of behavioral interviews with an Excel test in there as well.
