Pretty standard for current world. Step 1 - met with recruiter to confirm general background, role parameters, salary range etc. Step 2 - met with direct supervisor on role parameters, general background, and normal interview questions. Feedback very was minimal from both calls and after the interview.

Question 1
No Cliques questions were asked. Most questions were about my skillset, background, and how they could apply to the role. It was a straightforward interview and upfront about the challenges and parameters of the role. I was grateful for there honesty and about the role and the challenges it presented.
