      Interview

There were four different parts to the interview process. First was answering questions, next was a phone interview, a video interview, then finally another interview with the whole team. It was a long process but done over a couple of weeks.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How did you handle a problem with another co-worker? At what point do you go your manager for help if you are lost? If someone was complaining about you what would they say? what are your weakness and strengths ? what is something a co worker could do that would make you angry/ annoyed? Why work for a start up company?
