XFL interview questions

The interviewer was very dry and almost rude. I actually interviewed for another sport team and the process was around 45 minutes and engaging to me awhile interviewing with the XFL was a poor 13 minute conversation and almost uncomfortable. The interviewer disclosed that they would be in contact, I sent a follow up email and they never spoke to me again. If you are going to go forward with another candidate, please don’t leave someone hanging, communicate that to them. Advice: please have someone engaging do your interviews going forward

Met with team president and all team directors. They all asked similar questions and were very nice. After they called and offered the position. It all took less than a week
