The interview process was very chill, they were looking to see how much passion I had rather than testing my skills/knowledge. I imagine that as it is an intern role, they value a willingness to learn and a passion for the work rather than your current skillset. The people at XL Construction were extremely kind and I had an awesome interview process.
Went over resume with interviewer. Asked about prior summer internship and what I learned from it. Asked me what I wanted out of the internship. Talked about XL Construction and the jobs they are currently working on. Asked which classes I have taken so far in college for Construction Management.
