I had a call from the HR recruiter, who asked basic questions. The next call was with one member of the regional team. The next was with the Regional team and branch manager.
First there's a recruiter screening call which is followed by a couple rounds of interviews with managers and other team members. The last round usually is on site. It's pretty standard.
Quick 15-20 minute interview over your past experience followed by a yard walk. Dress not too formally and wear comfortable shoes because of the yard walk. The yard walk is only done if they absolutely enjoy your candidacy. You will go over some basics of what the job you will be doing looks like.
