I had an hr call , a homework assessment, a technical interview and a culture fit meeting,so the process had 4 steps in total . The company rejected but didnt give ant spesific feedback . It feels disrespectful to invest so much time in interviews and not even receive feedback that shows my weaknesses to improve for future applications

The interview process for a Product Manager role at XYB is exactly what you'd expect from a high-growth fintech startup. Mostly focused on product sense and having a unique perspective / hypothesis on how to improve experiences.

Supposed to be a three step process but after the second interview and presentation, they essentially stole my ideas and retired the role saying they were going to use a “marketing accelerator.”
Shocking behaviour.
Avoid at all costs.
