1. HR interview 2. Technical interview (1 hour) 3. Behavioral interview with the CTO and Head of Engineering (I think). The CTO came across as rather unpleasant. For each round, there were two interviewers. Nothing particularly unique about the process: a standard technical test, a short case study for the behavioral round, and a few rapid-fire non-technical questions.

I applied for a position and was contacted for a first-stage interview. After doing well, I was invited to a second-stage technical interview. However, before I could complete it, I was informed that the role had already been filled. That struck me as odd and didn’t leave a great impression. About a week later, I was contacted again and invited back. it seemed the candidate they originally selected declined their offer. I was ready to walk away at that point, but decided to give it another shot. The technical interview involved building an app, and I was then advanced to another 90-minute technical round. That one felt pretty easy, and I thought I performed well. Then, about a week later, I received a rejection email. The whole process just felt like a waste of time. Very frustrating.
