I was initially recruited by an outside staffing agency. They set up the meeting with the head of marketing. The interview process for me was extremely brief and informal. I had a great rapport with the hiring manager and was immediately offered the position. The interview was very straight-to-the-point in order to determine if I would be a good fit based on my experiences and skillset.
