Xe Localization Analyst interview questions

Just had a quick interview with a recruiter (with some tech issues on their side), which went quite well in the end, and for over 2 weeks left me waiting for the Hiring manager to schedule the second interview (she sent emails to apologize for the delay in the process but assuring that I would get contacted soon). Then suddenly she sent an automatic email to say that they are not going forward with my application. Obviously this left me quite surprised, so I asked for some for details and feedback, considering her latest emails, but I just got ghosted. Really unreliable and unprofessional overall.
