I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the misleading recruitment tactics of this company. They continuously open interviews for a so-called “Junior DevOps” role, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. The feedback they provide is vague, unhelpful, or completely fabricated, with no real substance or justification. What’s worse is that they keep reposting the same job listing repeatedly—not because they’re hiring, but to create the illusion of being active and growing. This is a deceptive tactic to boost their visibility and engagement on job platforms, and it wastes the time and energy of genuine applicants who are sincerely looking for opportunities. This kind of behavior is unethical and disrespectful to job seekers. If you’re not genuinely hiring, don’t list the role. And if you are, treat candidates with honesty and respect.
