3 rounds - chat with HR, then 2.5 hour technical, then culture fit. Made me travel to London only to tell me they want someone with "stronger level of clarity and conviction in some of your responses". The rejection email also started with my name and nickname copy-pasted straight from my linked-in. Really unprofessional and lazy.
