Interview
The first interview with managers, follow up interview with other members of same department. Each last around one hour. I reviewed common interview questions and answered them prior to interview. I forgot to take notes during the interview. Overall, it was a positive experience. I was one of three for final interview, and manager took the time to call me personally to tell me I hadn't been selected. She did refer me to another position within the same company.

The first interview is quite brief while the group interview is quite lengthy. Every member of the department is able to ask questions.
