Applied online, very quick to an offer an interview, which did put me off a little, as it was withing a day of the advert going live, showed there were either no candidates, or I blew them away with my CV either way you would like to feel you've been selected against the best, I felt like no one else had applied with how quick they were.

Interview
Emailed on Tuesday for interview on Thursday. Felt went really well, was told be contacted about next stage by Monday, emailed on the following Wednesday for feedback. 3 weeks on never had a reply. I should have researched the reviews on hear before even applying. Seems like they have grown to fast with the wrong people in recruitment as a very poor process. I've been a manager for years and the basics are if you meet someone you let them know how they got on.

Interview
Face to face interview with RBM, 2nd interview with COO and 3rd interview with RBM to deliver a presentation. All were formal interviews which lead to a presentation on how to turn / fix a club within 90 days.
