A few stages - interview with the recruiter, task with the hiring managers, and interview with the team members. Generally, it was enjoyable and well-organised, with all of the interviewers being reasonable and respectful.

Question 1
How would you prioritize incoming work given certain criteria
First had a short phone interview with someone from HR.
After that had a 2nd interview with some product managers and a tech lead, it was a pretty standard interview with some nice back and forth about how product works at Xero and my own work experience etc.
3rd interview was a presentation on an exercise that i was provided with earlier which was with the same interview panel as before plus a General Manager.
The whole thing process take very long and overall a very positive experience.

Question 1
How did you measure the success of product iterations at your previous company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Xero (Wellington, Wellington)
Interview
The recruitment team were super friendly and easy to deal with. However the interview process is lengthy and inconsistent and if you don't get the role you applied for you have to start back at the beginning of the whole process.

Question 1
What is an example of how you have prioritised a feature over another?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xero
Interview
Screening call, and then 3 more interviews. One of them was an exercise of mapping out what your first 90 days in the role would look like. Was quite a long process and had to push to get the next interviews scheduled sooner as I was interviewing with other companies and wanted to weigh up my options. In the end they weren't able to put an offer on the table in time so I ended up going elsewhere. Got the feeling they didn't want to compete with other offers / would rather hire someone who had them as their first/only choice.
