First some over the phone general questions are asked. Then certain online multiple choice quizzes are given depending on your area of study and work. Finally, a day is spent at the Auckland office with other potential graduate employees where you have a series of HR, technical, psychometric, and presentation skills interviews and assessments. Overall, the experience was low pressure and enjoyable.
