Interview
I had 3 rounds of interview with Xiaomi. I felt that I did pretty well for all 3 rounds but they ghosted me after the final round. I sent multiple follow-up emails but nobody bothered to reply. I would have appreciated at least some feedback or excuse.
There are two rounds of interviews in total. The first round mainly asks about the project experience in the resume, and the second round includes coding questions and database questions. The second round interview format is an online interview meeting, where you read the questions and answer them on the spot.
