Xogito Group interview questions

Gathering in a meeting with a human resources employee. It went pretty good. I told my tech stack. Work experiences freelance experiences. They found my work experience insufficient. So that's why they ended the process.

The interview process was really nice and I had the chance to meet an amazing developer and interviewer. It was an open discussion focused on WHY you do / implement things in a way, and not about HOW you do it, so it requires you to have a top-level view of things, and to know the available tools and how to integrate and orchestrate things. At the end I received the first impressions about me, and the interviewer took about 15 min of this personal time to give me some career advice, he recommend me some practical books about programming and suggested that I should extend my knowledge by learning more about cloud infrastructure and get a certification on that topic. Things I really did after that, which boosted my career and confidence, so I really want to say thank you to Bogdan for this!
