Two rounds: first was recruiter screen where they basically asked about what you've done and just talk about what Xometry is about, then they basically do team matching, and if a team wants you, you progress to the next round. The second/final round is a coding round, simple problem solving
There were a series of three interviews weeks apart. Time from last interview to offer letter was lengthy. Additionally, there were competitive assignments stemming from the interview that didn't necessarily feel relevant to the role.
Interesting communications and interviews. Everyone was friendly and knew their roles really well. Expectations were communicated and they were open. HR followed up and set interviews very well. Overall, good learning experience.
