Interview
first i got email from xplornet communication regarding the interview and then i went for interview there was short round which test technical knowledge and then the was a PI with the manager
Interview process was great and easy.
1st written test was given.
Then 2 interviews will be conducted.
If you are selected then a following background check will be conducted.
If all good, you will be given a training of 3 weeks and u can start working as TSS

Interview
Interview was over the phone. Pretty straightforward, they just want to know if you're competent enough to read instructions, are able to type, and have typed some basic networking commands into the command prompt before. If you know how to configure a router bought from best buy, you'll be good for the interview.
