Recruiter contacted within less than 48 hrs to interview. Rearranged my schedule and took time off to accommodate. They did not call so after 10 min I called them. They were unprepared to speak. They could not answer basic questions that I had regarding the dept and reporting structure. They told me specifically how and when to follow up for the next stage of the process. I followed up twice. They proceeded to ghost me for 2 weeks to come back saying they had been busy and extended an offer to someone else. Grossly unprofessional recruiter and process and I have seen a lot over my 20 yrs in the industry and this is a high level position.
