Very easy interview process that consisted of both a phone and in-person interview. Seemed like all the interview questions were just pulled from a generic list online. There was a "test" portion of the interview as well. From what I gathered about the position, they are looking for a talented graphic designer that will be responsible for literally everything, but are only willing to pay the salary of a junior designer. Also, it was extremely weird that they kept the name of the company hidden until partway through the beginning of the interview. My only guess is that they didn't want all the negative reviews of the company to scare off applicants. They also claim that they take covid-19 concerns very seriously, but later revealed they only require you to wear a mask while talking to other people. As someone who lives with somebody who is immunodeficient I could not work in that environment.
