The interview process moves fairly quick. It’s starts with a phone interview then a zoom meeting with the director. After they make you do a “project” your really just giving your ideas and time for free. Then you go and meet in person that takes like 2hrs. To complete everything they ask you to write them a “thank you letter”. Which is strange. They also contact your references. Might as well spend your time applying for a top company. Not worth it. They don’t even have a great social presence to begin with that should be the “red flag”.
