The interview process was very in depth. The company takes good measure to hire the right people. Once your in, its a great opportunity. There was a 3 stage process. Phone interview, one on one interview and a panel interview. I met with the Vice President of the division, the Regional Manager and District Manager. Prior to the panel interview I did a ride along with one sales representative to get a good perspective of what the responsibilities include. The company does a background check and drug test. The do follow up with your references.

I applied via LinkedIn and was also a referral from a current employee. I was called for the phone screen / 1st interview. Recruiter went over the job and asked me a few questions. I was told to expect an e-mail and a call or text setting up an interview with the hiring manager. I received no call, no e-mail, no text. I reached out two separate times to this person and got absolutely zero response.
