YWCA Canada interview questions

Submitted resume to email and then had an online Teams interview with the director which was approximately 30-45 minutes. They asked several scenario questions and experience questions. If you passed this, the process after was a panel interview with 2-3 others followed by an in person interview and assessment.

Was asked like 7 questions, pretty easy to answer, just know how to deal with children and talk about yourself and you’ll be okay. Asked about expectations of being a camp counsellor, asked about working with children, about your best traits, about how you would deal with situations.
