Yankee Alliance interview questions

Phone interview with HR followed up by in-person interview with HR and hiring manager. Job would be a new position to the company and not fully defined yet so they had difficulty in asking me questions as they weren't sure what kind of experience they were looking for quite yet. Left interview and never heard back from company again.
