The overall process started with the recruiter emailing me saying they want to get me in contact with the hiring manager immediately.
I speak with the hiring manager and another SDET, simple questions regarding my resume and a few behavioral questions. Then they shared a google doc to do a quick coding question.
The process after that included a take home problem followed by an onsite interview with a few people from the team.
Overall process was fine and relatively standard; however I was completely ghosted after getting a rejection. I sent an email asking for feedback but I didn't get a response. I recommend to hiring recruiters and managers to at the very least provide feedback if asked. Common courtesy.
