Pretty basic. Received an email from the recruiter (who ended up being related to the owner, maybe married), scheduled a screening. They spent too long reading from a power point about the company itself. Straightforward simple questions. The major red flag here is that this isn't really a Manager role. They're looking for someone to be a front line customer service representative and stating there is room to grow into the managerial role. Classic bait and switch. When I broached this subject during the interview it became awkward and obvious they weren't prepared for that conversation. Also, the amount of times they referred to themselves as a "family" company was over the top. The recruiter did not even have the courtesy to follow up even after two emails.
