Friendly phone screen with a wonderful HR member, followed by what was supposed to be a 3-panel Zoom interview, but only one person showed up..20 mins late. Later, his office WiFi began to cut out, and his video/audio was frozen. When he returned, he suggested that it was actually me who was having connection issues, stating “Yeah, our WiFi here in the office is pretty good.” About 5 mins later it happened again, and he disconnected from the call and returned on his phone, proving that it was in fact his office WiFi. After that I was invited to another 3-panel interview, and all 3 people actually showed up on time! They were very friendly, professional, and highly respectful. Unfortunately, they chose not to move forward with my application due to “lack of experience”, but I think it was really due to my lack of good WiFi.

Took about a month to hear back from initial application date. -Assessment was sent & completed before the recruiter screening -Recruiter screen -Panel interview -Notified they would like to move forward the following day & asked to fill background check paper work -Conditional offer letter the following day -Background check cleared -Offer letter & onboarding
