I had one phone interview and an in person interview. I had a positive experience overall, even though I did not get asked to interview in the final round. One drawback was waiting over two weeks to hear back after the in person interview. I understand sometimes it takes time to debrief but this felt excessive, especially since I was not asked back. Really enjoyed talking to everyone on the team, it's a good group of people passionate about the organization, and it's clear they work well together.
