Yeo & Yeo interview questions

I had an initial interview with Human Resources and was asked to detail my work experiences in administrative work.. A lot of open ended questions were asked about how I handled myself in specific situations and was asked to give details on the situation and step by step examples of how I handled it.

The interviewer wasn't very personable. She drills you from the start although questions are not hard. This firm lacks diversity and is mostly older people so be aware of that.
