Interview
The HR recruiter was a blast. Great people person. Did a phone screen and then a 1:1 video interview with a team member. I was blatantly told that they overhired a bunch of new grads with no experience and now they needed a "baby sitter". I got a very "bro" vibe from the company. Was asked general questions including "whats your favorite app". He seemed tired, burnt out, and not interested.
My second interview was a Excel skills test. One question basically requires you to a do a VLOOKUP but the reference column is to the right or something so you have to rearrange the columns to make it work. While I was doing the interview there was another "bro" who said he would be there if I had questions. I kept trying to get his attention to ask if I could move the columns and he just had me on mute or something until the time was up. I tried waving but he was looking down at his phone or something the entire time. I was so frustrated that I didn't know if I should just exit the zoom call incase it was a technical issue.
Obviously didn't pass the technical interview. Company is very "bro" and everyone I spoke to on the actual team was a boy less than 25 years old. Nobody seemed very excited about their job and they honestly all looked tired and worn out. I interviewed with them when I was desperate so I'm grateful they didn't offer me the job. It would not have been a good culture match on both sides.

Interview
I completed a first round 30 minute video behavioral interview. The interviewer was very friendly and I was able to ask lots of questions I had about the company. Then, I participated in a virtual Super Day. The day consisted of 2 behavioral interviews and presentation. I wasn't informed about the presentation until 3:00 in the afternoon the day before, so I had less than 24 hours to prepare. I was to give a 20 minute presentation presenting their platform to a client and a proposed timeline. Then the day of the interview, the schedule they gave me was completely wrong. Despite all of this, I felt the interviews and presentation went well. Everyone I talked to and interviewed with was very welcoming and had great things to say about the company. Two days later I received a very short email saying they would not be moving forward with my application. When I asked for feedback, the recruiter declined. I felt like the Super Day was very disorganized and the communication I received afterwards was disrespectful considering how much time I dedicated to the interview process.
