The interview process was effective, if a bit confusing, based on somewhat hit and miss communication with the recruiting point of contact. The hiring manager and team I interviewed with were very on the ball, but the recruiter seemed a little less so. They asked me questions like my contact information, and availability for scheduling interviews verbally, over the phone, and then I didn't hear from them for a number of days. Once I followed up with them, we would move forward with the process, but I usually had to follow up.
