It is used for us to assess candidates on a scored profile as opposed to basing judgement purely on a CV during the initial screen. As you can imagine, we receive a lot of applications and therefore need processes to shortlist candidates who may be a better fit based on a host of factors. We look at both technical ability and culture fit when hiring at Yieldify. However, Culture Fit is not about assessing a candidate's personality traits, but actually about seeing whether someone will thrive in and enjoy Yieldify’s working environment.
