The process is certainly long and thorough but for good reason. They really take the time to get to know a candidate and also provide really great context on the company, culture, and team. The process was:
Call w/ hiring manager
Call w/ VP of ops
Week long take home exercise
Debrief call with hiring manager on exercise
4 back to back final round interview with various team members
Final call with VP of ops to ask questions
