Two stage interview process. In the first interview you are asked about yourself and what relevant skills you have which may be useful as a tutor. You get asked about simple scenarios in a school environment and how you would handle them.

First round they ask basic questions about you, second round is more in depth about being a tutor, for which you get emailed imformation before the interview to review and discuss.

First interview online and is over Teams, there is a second interview followingly a successful first interview. Work can be either online or in person. The interview invitations re sent very quickly after applying.
