I applied through a pool campus. There were 4 rounds in total. The first round was on online test by firstnaukri. It had four sections aptitude,technical,coding snippets,coding for a total of 90 marks. 25 people out of 500 were selected for next round. The second round was in Bangalore. It was group discussion . It is also a major elimination round other than round 1. But they only check whether you are fluent or not. Getting your ideas around and analysing the conversation well without any argument is what one should do get selected. The third round was technical . The questions depend on the interviewer . One should have basic knowledge in DBMS,OS,data structure,algorithms and Java. They may also ask some puzzles and coding questions. The final round is hr round. It is casual and run of the mill. The offer is a CTC of 4+1.7 lpa. 4 is in hand. 1.7 they say is non cash benefits.
