My request for salary clarification was ignored, at the time I already had another offer, so before accepting I wanted to know the salary Yokogawa offered, but they didn't want to disclose. This isnt a good practice when you are already offering someone a follow up interview and you know they have another offer.

The interview process is quite long. It takes 1 month to get offer with many difficult questions. You must have over 2 experience, strong knowledge about automation, familiar with Yokogawa products... 2 rounds: 1st with head of department 2nd with HR manager Good luck!
