It was a 3 week process from the initial application to the 2nd interview. The process was slow and the interviewer was slow to respond. The first interview was a week after the application. The second interview was 2 weeks after the first interview. In the second interview the interviewer was 10 minutes late even though I had arrived early. The interviewers don't follow-up or reply to emails and stated things that were opposite of what was advertised.

Interview
Was an easy interview process. There were some form questions from members of leadership team with some q&a about myself. Pretty standard process. Some members didn't understand marketing at all, so a lot of it was education on my part.
Very easy and laid back. It was over the phone and informal. They provided further steps to then meet in person for paperwork and hiring requirements. The staff were very friendly.
