Three total interviews (recruiter screen, hiring manager, final panel). They vibe-check you in the interview. Basic technical questions to assess competency and willingness to learn. Recruiter was helpful in answering questions after the offer + helping negotiate salary.

Whats the difference between two analysis methods and when would you use them,
what do you like to do outside of work.

Interview
Pretty simple, 2 hour long reviews. Good discussions with management. I came prepared based off of the job requirements and things went well. It’s important to understand space and especially new space.

I was overall satisfied with the interview process. Team members are knowledgeable and are excited about space vehicle design. I would recommend giving this company a try given their exciting missions
