1. HR phone Interview : discussed about my design background, design process, team work, past work, recognitions, etc etc 2. Design task : Redesign an existing app ( show the design process, wire frames, lo-fi prototype) send your redesign pdf ( you will get two days time) 3. Onsite Interview : 1.presentation on the previous design task 2.followed by a design exercise 3.one on one interview with HR 4. one on one interview with a senior designer It was a positive experience, but at the end I feel, it was waste of time, I thought I was about to get the job but they said no without giving any valid reason. Through the interview process they showed interest and at the end I feel it was unfair. waste of time.
