Youlend Customer Service Representative interview questions

Applied online for US based role, had a preliminary phone interview with a talent acquisition specialist located in London. Went on to an in-person interview the same week, the office being located in Colony Square. Interview was pretty easy going, questions about your past experiences and skill set were asked. My issue is that this job was advertised as a hybrid role, the talent acquisition specialist seemed iffy when I wanted clarification about whether this role is hybrid or on-site. During the interview, they acted inconvenienced that I expect this hybrid role to be hybrid, then they couldn't give me any set schedule. At the end of the interview I asked when I would hear anything back, they said no later than December 12th, it is over a month later and I have not heard anything back but I did see the role was reposted and listed as "on-site" now. Seemed very misleading to say they don't ghost candidates then be ghosted.
