Sent in my application and received an email a few weeks later about an interview. Scheduled a phone interview with Sister Barbara, who was very kind and friendly. The interview lasted about 30ish minutes. The questions weren't hard at all; it was more like a chat. Heard back a few months later about being hired.

If you were an animal, what animal would you be? (not difficult, just unexpected because it came randomly towards the end)

Interview
Met with HR they asked which days I was available and sent me for a drug test. I then signed the paperwork and was told that they would call me when training began.

I had a phone interview. It was pretty straight forward. She asked a couple "what would you do" questions. Don't be nervous, just be honest and enthusiastic. Great experience!
