ZAP Engineering interview questions

30 minute phone screen with outsourced recruiting firm followed by 1.5-2hr interview with 3 members of staff. Was originallly 2 Project Directors and VP of Projects but ended up being 1 Senior Project Manager, 1 Project Director, and VP of Projects Interview with Senior Project Manager and Project Director was a conversation about work history and what to expect at ZAP. Interview with VP of Projects was a behaviorial type interview followed by a discussion of salary and review of benefits.
