Interview
I went through an initial phone screen and then a technical interview. I answered their questions correctly and the hiring manager seemed satisfied. I followed up after a week, no response. Then another week, no response either. So inconsiderate given that they expect candidates to promptly reply to them but they can't even give a simple yes or no. Treat candidates like human beings, maybe you'll get better quality hires.
