Phone screen HR. Basic but thorough
Interview on site with HR and hiring manager - again basic
Very friendly and passionate about the co.lang and it's products
Negative - no feedback or communication on status
Overall experience was good

Interview
Sat with 4 people. The HR interviewer was like a used car salesperson, totally drinking Koolaid. A VP that was pretty thorough, who actually disclosed to me some of the challenges theyre seeing. Two Managers, one knowledgeable, one without a clue. I led the interview for her.
The interviewer was very honest and forthcoming about the challenges of the position. They provided a very clear description of the job and did not try to hide any difficulties.
