I applied through university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ZS Associates (New Delhi) in Dec 2017
Interview
We had 1 online aptitude test held by Hirepro. Questions were of above average difficulty. They carry sectional cutoff to clear the test. So better you solve it keeping this in mind.
Second round was video interview hosted by Talview. It consists of basic behaviourial questions and few guesstimates. It was pretty ok.
Third round was case study round in which they gave case booklets to solve within 40 minutes follwed by an interview.
Mine was arranged at KIIT Bhubaneswar. After 40 minutes the nasty disorganised scene came to light. Even very poor rated companies have better organization than ZS had in KIIT on 19.12.2017
People were being called randomly. No list or nothing were prepared for the same. While someone is waiting for first Interview from 8 am till 6pm, his/her mates already cleared second or third rounds. Huge distraction and demoralising scenario. No proper notifications were veing passed to waiting candidates.
As a fresher I literally lost my mind to the things happening there. After 4pm they were just passing their time. They didn't even declared results of the first round interview of those candidates who went in after 4pm. I really didn't get any proper logic behind it.
ZS was my dream company. But after this experience, even I am offered a job. I will surely reject that. No body really wishes to be a part of this mess.

Question 1
Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
