Interview
The initial test has 4 sections, no negative marking, limited time for each section and a minimum number of mandatory attempts per section. This is the simplest of the process and is perfectly easy to clear. After that, there is a group discussion. HR people were pleasant during the GD round even though the candidates were creating quite some pandemonium. I didn't make it any further, though I happen to know there is a case study and behavioral interview after that.

In campus beats program , first there is an online case which needs to be solved after which there is an OT after which you have round 1 case interview and then round 2 HR round

Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
