First a phone interview with HR for basic candidate screening. If passed request goes to hiring manager for approval. After that you are invited to their office with project lead, project manager, and HR.

The site visit interview is normally 1 hour where HR will ask behavioral question e.g. difficult situation or colleague and how I dealt with it? Lead asked questions related to Big data and analytics. How I will approach a certain problem regarding analytics.?
